Personal Accident Insurance for Members and Spouses
Members who are covered by or applying for Member Term Life Insurance or Member Income Protection Disability Insurance can select coverage of $25,000 to $500,000 in increments of $25,000. Members who have purchased or who are applying for Spouse Term Life Insurance can also select coverage of $25,000 to $500,000 in increments of $25,000 for their spouses. Coverage ends at age 75.
