| The FollowMe™ Life plan offers choice.
Understanding that everyone’s financial needs are unique, the FollowMe™ Life insurance plan lets you choose the amount of coverage that best suits you, your family and your budget. You are eligible to apply for the same amount of FollowMe™ Life coverage you had with your group life plan, or less. With coverage available in amounts starting from $25,000 to a maximum of $200,000, FollowMe™ Life gives you an affordable way to obtain the protection you can’t afford to be without. And, your spouse is also eligible to apply for a coverage amount equal to or less than the coverage he or she had under your group life plan.
FollowMe™ Life includes a Living Benefit.
With the FollowMe™ Life insurance plan, you gain the added security of knowing that if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness with less than 12 months to live, you are eligible to receive an advance of up to 50% of your coverage to a maximum of $50,000, provided your coverage has been in effect for at least two years. You can use the money however you wish – to pay medical expenses, to pay for time away with your family, to pay outstanding debts or settle your affairs – the choice will be yours.
Your FollowMe™ Life coverage is guaranteed renewable up to age 80.
When your FollowMe™ Life application is approved, your coverage is guaranteed to continue until your 80th birthday – regardless of any changes in your health – as long as your premiums are paid. This gives you the added security of knowing that your life insurance will not be cancelled, even if health issues arise in the future. (Of course, you may choose to cancel this protection at any time.)
FollowMe™ Life: coverage with rewards that follow you, year after year.
As an AIR MILES® Collector, you can receive 5 Bonus AIR MILES® reward miles when you obtain a free, no-obligation FollowMe™ Life quote. And when you pay your premiums monthly, you’ll collect 10 AIR MILES reward miles every month during the first year. That’s up to 125 AIR MILES reward miles in your first year alone! As you continue to pay your premiums monthly, you’ll receive one reward mile every month for as long as you remain a FollowMe™ Life policyholder.
