The CPSA Term Life Plan has been carefully designed to give your family a financial anchor if you should die due to accident or illness. It offers you a wide variety of valuable benefits, including:

Choose flexible benefits of up to $750,000 per person
You can purchase coverage in multiples of $10,000, from a minimum of $50,000 up to $750,000, if you are under age 65. If purchasing CPSA Term Life Plan coverage for yourself, you can extend coverage to your dependent children (unmarried dependent children under age 22, or under age 25 if in school full-time and dependent on you for support) in multiples of $5,000, up to $20,000. Your spouse, if under age 65, can also apply for coverage in multiples of $10,000, from a minimum of $50,000 up to $750,000.

The CPSA Term Life Plan offers both members and spouses these valuable features:
Waiver of Premium - If you were to become totally disabled for six consecutive months, you can keep your coverage under the CPSA Term Life Plan without paying your premiums, for the period of your disability or until age 65, if earlier (subject to evidence of continuing total disability).
Living Benefit - You can apply to receive an advance of up to 25% of your own Term Life benefit, if diagnosed with a disease that will cause death within 12 months.
