For the exclusive use of REALTORS^®, we have developed online tools for submitting some of your most common service requests regarding Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) endorsed coverage. If you wish to make one of the following changes to your CREA coverage, simply click on the appropriate link below to submit your request directly to us.

If you wish to make a claim for Term Life, Personal Accident or Income Protection disability insurance, for personal service please telephone us toll-free at 1 800 668-0195 Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

You can also download printer-ready forms, which you can complete and mail to us if you wish to make a claim for eligible health or dental expenses, or to change your name, your smoking status, your beneficiary or your coverage. (If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 3.01 or later, which is necessary to view and print these .PDF files, you can download it for free from Adobe.)

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) insurance plans are offered through The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (Manulife Financial).

All applicants must be under age 60 and resident in Canada. You must be a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and be licensed as a real estate agent/broker or salesperson for a minimum of one year, or an employee of a CREA member, or an employee of a Real Estate Board or Association working a minimum of 25 hours per week in the real estate industry. An eligible spouse is under age 60. Eligible children are unmarried, dependent on you for support and at least 15 days old but not yet 21 years old (or not yet 25 years old if in full-time attendance at school or university). Once Children's Life Coverage is in effect, newborn children are automatically insured upon reaching the age of 15 days.
