* For the purposes of this Plan, "Age" means age attained at the beginning of each Policy year (July 1st).
**Dependent children must be age 20 or under (age 25 or under if in full-time attendance at school or university) to be eligible. Any Dependent child of yours born while your Dependent insurance is in effect, will automatically be insured for Dependent insurance at 15 days old, provided that a written application and the first premium for the Child's coverage are received by the Company at its Office within 45 days of the birth of the Child.
NOTE: Rates are subject to change on each Policy Anniversary (July 1st). For example, medical expense inflation and changes in government regulations are among the factors that can have an impact on rates.
