• Once your online confirmation is received and we confirm your new membership status, we will mail you your coverage certificate for your complimentary $50,000 of Member Term Life Insurance
• Complimentary coverage will last for up to 24 months or until June 1 of the year following the year in which you became a Member, whichever comes first

Critical Illness Insurance can provide a lump-sum cash benefit you can use to manage your recovery, to get priority access to treatment or to spend in any way you choose. As a New Member, you pay only 50% of the regular rates for $25,000 of the Critical Illness Insurance for which you may be eligible, for up to 24 months or until June 1 of the year following the year in which you apply, whichever comes first. To take advantage of any of the special offers above, you must apply within 90 days of becoming a Member, be under the Age of 36 and be a resident of Canada or Bermuda. Once you become covered, you'll receive a Certificate with full details of your coverage.
