Sears Cardholders and/or their spouses residing in Canada except for Quebec and New Brunswick, between the ages of 18 and 65, are eligible to apply for the Term Life Insurance Plan, subject to Sears credit approval. Individuals covered by or applying for this Plan may also apply for Child Term Life insurance to cover all of their children who are unmarried, financially dependent on the insured and ages 15 days to 21 years (or to 25 years, if attending an accredited college or university full-time).
