The "Rewards for Life®" Plans are underwritten by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (Manulife Financial) and feature an opportunity to collect AIR MILES® reward miles. They offer an excellent way for AIR MILES® Collectors to get more out of life.

Here's how to know if you are eligible to apply for coverage under a "Rewards for Life®" Plan:

"Rewards for Life®" Guaranteed Life Plan	55 to 80	Any province in Canada excluding Quebec

Your family members can also apply for this insurance, provided they are eligible. All they need to do is fill out the application and provide your Collector number.
