Catastrophic Health Insurance for Members and Their Families
Members, their spouses and their adult children over age 20 may apply for coverage. An adult who is applying or who is already covered may extend coverage to their eligible dependent children. Once insured, an individual can stay covered under this Plan for life.
Money-saving Couple Rates apply to any two adults (Member, spouse or adult child) who become covered under this Plan at the same time. Couple Rates are per person according to each person's age.
