Manulife Financial to Webcast analyst call on its offer to Canada Life
Toronto – Manulife Financial Corporation will Webcast an analyst conference call on Monday, December 9, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. [ET] to discuss its offer to acquire all the outstanding shares of Canada Life Financial Corporation.
The Webcast will feature Dominic D’Alessandro, President and Chief Executive Officer who will describe the proposed transaction that would create the largest insurance company in Canada and a global force in financial services.
