Manulife USA launches executive bonus arrangements and REBA sales tool kit

Boston – Because extending rewards and incentives to key employees is crucial to the retention of quality executives, The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.) (Manulife USA) now offers an executive bonus/restrictive endorsement bonus arrangements (REBA) sales tool kit for advisors interested in learning more about using life insurance as a tool for executive compensation. The MLI SolutionsSM Executive Bonus Arrangements/REBA concept illustration system depicts the benefits of these arrangements in an easy-to-understand format.

This kit contains a variety of sales materials and technical resources designed to help educate advisors who may be unfamiliar with the concepts of executive bonus/REBA. The Executive Bonus/REBA kit also looks at the advantages of using these concepts in place of split dollar arrangements, in light of the recent legislation and the uncertainty surrounding it.
