To calculate monthly premiums for Member and/or Spouse Term Life Insurance, simply follow the easy steps below.

* For Each of Your Eligible Children - When applying, you may also apply for Children's Life Coverage for all your eligible children. Children, stepchildren or adopted children of Members insured under the Term Life Plan are eligible for Children's Life Coverage if they are unmarried, dependent on the Member for support, and at least 15 days old but not yet 21 years old (or not yet 25 years old if they are in full time attendance at an accredited educational institution, college or university). A single monthly premium covers all eligible children, regardless of how many, and newborn children are automatically insured on becoming 15 days of age.

** Age - Please note that premiums increase with Age, as specified in the premium rates table. "Age" for the purpose of the policy is attained age at the beginning of each policy year - July 1st.

** Standard/Non-Smoker - Non-smoker rates are available to people who have not smoked cigarettes in the past 12 months and who meet Manulife's health standards.

All applicants must be resident in Canada. You must be a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and be licensed as a real estate agent/broker or salesperson for a minimum of one year, or an employee of a CREA member, or an employee of a Real Estate Board or Association working a minimum of 25 hours per week in the real estate industry.
